You can cancel your subscription any time from your account or by emailing support@teamifc.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period.
When you cancel, you keep your remaining credits and full access until the end of the period you already paid for. No further charges are made after you cancel, and your subscription does not renew.
Payments for Team IFC are non-refundable, except in two cases: a duplicate charge, or a verified service failure. This applies to all plans and to top-up credits.
If you were charged more than once for the same subscription period or order, we will refund the duplicate charge to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
A verified service failure means our own job and server logs confirm that a report you spent a credit on failed to generate because of a fault on our side, and we were unable to deliver it. In that case we will either restore the credit or, if you prefer, refund the affected charge.
Problems caused by an invalid or corrupted upload, an unsupported file, or a cause outside our service are not service failures.
Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method through Razorpay within 5 to 7 business days. When a charge is refunded, the credits granted by that charge are removed from your account.
Founding membership is one-way. If you cancel, lapse, or switch plans, your founding rate is forfeited permanently and your founding slot is not reopened, even if you subscribe again later.
If an automatic renewal payment fails, your subscription is paused. You keep any credits you already have, but no new credits are granted until a payment succeeds. If payment is not completed within the grace period, access is suspended.
Free-trial credits and paid credits are separate. The refund rules above apply only to paid credits. Free-trial credits have no cash value.
All Team IFC products are delivered digitally through your account. There is no physical shipment.
